Snack: Mozzarella and tomato skewers

For: 4 people
Required time: 15 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

  • 24 mozzarella cherries
  • 12 tomato cherries, cut in half
  • 24 basil leaves
  • 1 spoon of grinded chive
  • 4-6 spoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and black pepper

Stick half tomato, one basil leaf and one mozzarella cherry on the skewer. Repeat the process untill no ingredients are left. Put the skewers on a dish and spread the chive on them. Season with salt, olive oil and black pepper. Serve. 

Antipasto: Black olives with orange rind.

For: 6-8 people
Required time: 20 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

  • 300g of black olives
  • The rind of one orange, cut in strips
  • 2 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
  • a teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 4 spoons of extra virgin olive oil

Put the olives in a terrine or a mixing bowl and spread the garlic, oregano and orange rind into it. Season with the olive oil and mix together. Let it rest 15 minutes to flavour before serving.
